When human beings experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. Michelle’s great passion is bringing healing to those people.

Michelle has been a Psychotherapist in the Worcester County area for over 20 years. As a clinical supervisor for Spectrum Health Systems, she was able to learn the complexities around mental health and substance abuse. After 6 years of working with adults, she decided to turn her attention to children and families. She helped to develop and was the Director of the Family Stabilization program for an organization called the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty for Children.

While working for MSPCC, she began her private practice. Michelle then adventured to try several entrepreneurial opportunities, all while working at her private practice. In addition to her business interest, and as a result of bearing witness to several close family members and friends struggle through a diagnosis of cancer, Michelle started Pawsitively 4 Pink, a non-profit organization that helps financially supplement women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer.

Her educational background includes an MA in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University and a B.A. in Psychology from Worcester University. Michelle has served as a volunteer for numerous Worcester organizations, including the Rape Crisis Center, Westborough Chamber of Commerce, coaching various sports teams and local governmental campaigns. Michelle proudly served in the Air National Guard for 8 years as a Staff Sargent.

Michelle has lived in Worcester, MA with her wife of 15 years, and they have 3 dogs, Lexi, Sophee, and Gracee.
