As the Vice President of FR Investment Group, Flavia V. McCaughey, CLTC, CDFA, brings a wealth of strategic leadership and technical expertise to the firm. A 2020 graduate of Boston University with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in History, Flavia’s trajectory within the company is a testament to her dedication; she began her career in 2015 as an administrative assistant and rose through the ranks as Managing Director before assuming her current executive role. She is a highly credentialed professional, holding Series 7, 66, and 24 registrations through LPL Financial—serving clients across 26 states—alongside life and health insurance licenses, AHIP Medicare Certification, and specialized designations as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst and in Long-Term Care. At the firm, she is recognized for her ability to simplify complex financial concepts and serves as a Delegate Principal and a key member of the Investment Committee.

Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Flavia is a passionate advocate for mentorship and financial equity. In 2017, she co-founded the firm’s internship program, which she continues to oversee, and in 2020, she launched the “Empower Financial Literacy” initiative. This program, designed to provide accessible education to inner-city communities, has earned prestigious accolades, including a Massachusetts State Senate Citation and coverage in Business West. A frequent voice in the industry, Flavia shares her expertise through speaking engagements, podcasts, and articles focused on holistic wellness.
